This blog has been created so that our family and friends can follow us where ever this new chapter of our lives takes us.
On April 15th,2012 we left Abbotsford BC, Canada, to start a new life in Cuenca Ecuador.
We have been searching for a place to spend our retirement and last year our search led us to Ecuador.. We knew after only a week in Cuenca that this would be the place to start.
Less than one year later, we are here.
It still feels like I am dream...............................

Time is getting close.......
I can hardly believe how fast the past three months have gone.
Only 18 days untill we leave for Ecuador.
...let the adventure begin!
I live vicariously with you, Diana and Doug. I live in Surrey (near Vancouver, BC for those reading from elsewhere) and expect to be in Ecuador in 4-5 years.
